Executive Committee Co-Chairs
Gregory E. Rapisarda
Greg Rapisarda has been named Co-Chair of the Executive Committee for the 17th and 18th Annual Lawyers’ Campaign for CollegeBound. An Associate with Saul Ewing LLP, Mr. Rapisarda concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on real estate and telecommunications law. Mr. Rapisarda practices in all Maryland state and federal courts, and has appeared pro hac vice before U.S. District courts in the Southern District for New York and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Rapisarda’s practice includes representing wireless carriers and tower companies through all facets of siting, zoning, and various litigation processes related to tower and/or antenna placement in Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Rapisarda’s representations range from informal and formal requests for zoning relief, to requests for administrative relief relating to agricultural preservation issues, to and through judicial review and appeals.
Further, Mr. Rapisarda has experience with real estate litigation issues, including co-ownership claims and appealing commercial real property assessments. Additionally, and more generally, Mr. Rapisarda advises clients on litigation and litigation avoidance issues, and collections.
In addition, Mr. Rapisarda is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Baltimore School of Law where he coaches the J. Braxton Craven Constitutional Law Moot Court team.
Prior to and during law school, Mr. Rapisarda was the Director of the Fresh Start Program, a nationally recognized program for juvenile delinquents at the Living Classrooms Foundation in Baltimore City. In addition to teaching life, academic, and carpentry skills to at-risk populations, he regularly presented the seminar, "Best Practices in Serving At-Risk Youth," to convention audiences throughout the country. Mr. Rapisarda also participated in the Firm’s Summer Expedition where he worked in a variety of departments and practice groups. Mr. Rapisarda represents corporations and individuals, and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Kevin P. Sullivan

A litigator, Kevin Sullivan's practice focuses on complex construction disputes and fair housing compliance. He represents owners, developers, investors, and contractors in arbitration proceedings and in federal and state courts. Kevin works closely with his clients during the construction process in an attempt to resolve disputes prior to the initiation of litigation.
In addition to his construction and fair housing practice, Kevin handles general commercial and business disputes for the firm's real estate development and nonprofit clients.
Kevin currently serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Maryland Law School. While attending law school, Kevin won the prestigious Myerowitz Award as the best oral advocate in his class. Since joining the firm he has represented clients in various pro bono matters and has served on a nonprofit board for the CollegeBound Foundation's Lawyer's Campaign.
